At FantasMall, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on all furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction. If a piece doesn't fit your space or style, we are here to make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FantasMall account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all included hardware and assembly instructions to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home collection for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
